Accessing Shared OneDrive
Summary: The IT team can provide managers with access to their term'd TMs OneDrive. There are multiple ways for the manager to access the OneDrive once they have been given delegation rights. Additionally, if a manager needs other team members access to OneDrive, they will need to inform the IT team so they can give access to OneDrive.
Web Browser
- Open a web browser and use the following link to open your OneDrive: https://middlesexcorp-my.sharepoint.com/
- Once on the home page, click "My Files" tab on the left-hand side
- On the "My Files" page, scroll until you find the folder containing the term'd TM's email
Application 
- Go to the OneDrive application on your laptop. You can either use the search bar on your laptop or look for the OneDrive icon on the bottom right-hand side of your screen
- Once you have clicked on it, click on "Open folder"
- A new window will open with your OneDrive. Scroll through your OneDrive until you find the folder containing the term'd TM's email

- You will receive an email notifying you can use the link to go directly to the OneDrive Folder of the term'd TM
