Freshstatus - Customize or Change Your Status Subscriptions

Middlesex uses http://status.middlesexco.com to alert on service issues and planned maintenance. Some team members may not want to see alerts for all of the services covered by this system. In order to change what alerts you receive, follow the steps below.

Go to http://status.middlesexco.com/ and log in if required.
1. If you are prompted to login, click the "microsoftonline" button and enter your Middlesex credentials in the login box.
Click on the Subscribe button.
On the Select Services page, leave a checkmark next to the services for which you would like service notifications.
Click the Subscribe button at the lower right, which will save your subscription settings.
