Use a Windows Administrator Account to reinstall the printer.
- Your Windows account may not have permission to install a printer.
- If this is the case, please open a ticket with IT Support for assistance reinstalling the printer.
- Log out of Windows and login using the local administrator account.
- Start the Bluebeam Administrator.
- Click the Printer tab.
- Click the Reinstall Printer button.
At this point, try using the Bluebeam PDF printer again.
